A complex removal programme

In under four months, a team of designers, contractors and supply chain was mobilised and all technical approvals secured to demolish two high-level flyovers.

We managed a significant amount of stakeholder engagement and fostered a collaborative working environment between parties to enable efficient approvals and ensure a right-first-time approach.

In addition, we facilitated stakeholder meetings, risk workshops, site contract management meetings, providing expert advice in terms of procuring the works, contract strategy and on-site assurance checking.
