Corporate Responsibility


When required to support skills or resource challenges, we have assisted a number of Clients through secondments and placements into interim roles. Working within the requirements of current employment legislation, we have been able to match Client requirements through our in-house or associate network of resources.

Clients are often looking for project specific role support, or to simply provide continuity during recruitment processes. Our agile and flexible approach, including part time, full time, very short term or simply for specific periods of time, has seen us undertake a number of key roles for Clients. These are always matched against our employee expertise, skills and commitments, and have included roles such as Exec Director, Interim Highways Manager, Interim Procurement Manager through to project specific management roles.



Our lean organisational structure remains adaptable to meet Client needs and we will always adopt a co-location approach, working alongside Clients within their offices as necessary. We integrate well into organisations and can provide a wholly self-sufficient style of resourcing or completed embedded into both client structure and operations.
