On appointment as overall Programme Lead, we delivered a business case, project plan and key objectives, and presented to the Project Board with a £2m revenue target set for the first two years.
A procurement strategy based on competitive dialogue was adopted, which delivered the £2m revenue reduction target. A further £7m of savings were identified during the 10-year term of the contract.
As part of the assignment, CJF Associates introduced a category management philosophy to WSCC Highways Service and developed a savings cards approach that delivered significant revenue efficiencies.
